Two weeks ago I complained to my dealer that my side mirrow is all messed up making loud noises when adjusting up and down. So they ordered a new mirrow, two weeks later I call and ask if the part is ready, the dealer tells me that "CLS Side Mirrows are on National Back Order"

Well, originally they told me that the part should be in in 7-14 days... but it turned out that I have to wait longer because they are on national back order...
I don't really care, its not an emergency... but certainly needs to be fixed. I am actually surprised that things like mirrows could be on national back order.

I guess they joined the 2003 tail light sockets. What is everyone mad at the US & not shipping us parts.
