cleared headlights...need help

cleared headlights...need help
sorry if misleading i dont want to clear mine but i got a little piece broken off i glued it back with crazy glue but i dont want it to come off what is the clear silicone you guys use to re seal the lense???

my name is type R it took you guys this long to but my ass ???plus i think this car is close that it should of been an R to start with if it just had a manual...but my intentions are springs headers cai tires? a body kit if something nice comes out and a level10 upgrade and an ecu reprogram
