classic acura in turnersville nj
Considering buying from CLASSIC in TURNERSVILLE NJ???
I have had nothing but bad experiences the more I return for service.
Laundry list.
1. Did not fix item I requested to be fixed
2. No voicemail system
3. Misplaced messages w/in office (result of item 2)
4. Missed deadlines
In general i am more than disapointed with their performance. These things seem small when listed, but I constantly try to work with these people and run into road blocks over everything. The worst is they ask well what can I do to make you happy.... fix the f@#%ing problem. they just don't get it. I am not hard to please, if I have questions I want them answered, not the run-around.
I don't doubt their honesty, just their execution.

I've been a HONDA customer since 1984, this 2001 CLS is my first Acura:
My opinion of MOST Acura dealerships: they get a F-. I had to go to 3 of them before I found a some what decent shop.......AND I don't ask for much, I am very easy to satisfy..........Good luck

My CL was bought at classic in Turnerville and they were very nice and helpful. It was kinda far from my house so the car was usually serviced at the Classic dealership in Cherry hill. No problems what so ever

that is all fine and good 1stgen... I am merely stating that they have repeatedly come up small for me. I have my car serviced alot due to the amount of miles I drive, they know me I am in there so much. But most recently, they lied to me. Gave a price quote without examining the car!!! I asked if they examined and they said yes.... I went up there and talked with the service guys and examined the car with them, they had never done that, yet I got a price quote. Not to mention, they ordered my parts late and caused me to have to rent a car for yet another day and didn't offer to pay the rental fee!! This was the 3rd strike so to speak and I feel that if people look to these sights for information, then they should have a few different perspectives.
I had no problem with the salesman....just service.
