CL-S UR Alt Pulley: Status Update.

I emailed UR for a status update on the CLS Alt Pulley....

Can you give update on the status of Acura CL-S Alternator Pulley?

are they just going to send us the pulley automatically or do we have to give them a call. What about the old one, do we keep it

First email them that you bought a kit for the CLS (I did)... We will wait, in 3 weeks if they are out and we don't we will call and ask for one to be shipped ASAP.

I do not know about the Alt pulley we have... Also, I hope we will get compensated for the inconvenience somehow....

i actually spoke to shawn in person, when i picked up my pullies, he said they will send out new ones, and u will return old ones in the same packaging. no one is going to be compensated btw.
