Changing fluids other than tranny fluid -coolant, brake, power steering
I have a 2001 CL-S with 161k miles and have changed the oil and tranny fluid frequently. But the coolant and brake fluid have not been changed since the timing belt change back around 90k miles. And I don't think the power steering fluid has ever been changed! At 90k, they put in the Honda blue coolant. Should I change all 3 fluids, or just worry about the coolant change when the weather gets warmer?
I am trying to make this car last 200k miles! (Tranny fluid changed every 15k miles, nice light and pink)

I would and did do all the fluids on my car. Brake fluid flush IMHO is a very important one and increases the longevity of the entire brake system. I have had mine done 2 xs in 5 years and I am going to do it this year likely cause it's been over two yrs.
Coolant I would do every 50k.
Power steering I think is a good thing to do since it's going to extend the life of your rack and pinion and the psp.
I would have to say I am likely saying to do them a little too quickly, but I am all in favour of prevention.

the Honda blue coolant lasts a fairly long time, probably easily over 50k miles.
i heard many people say to just top off power steering fluid and the dealer has never mentioned to replace it once during the last 10 years on my CL (the fluid looks fairly dirty now).
i guess I'll ask my independent Honda mechanic what he thinks since I don't take it to the dealer anymore.
