Too bad you're not located in the Bay Area, CA. I've got a one year old battery that's in perfect condition that I just took out of my '03 CLS 6sp because of the S/C. Had to go to a smaller battery.

If someone hasn't provided you measurements by late tonight, I'll measure my battery that's out of the car.

My OEM battery out of my '03 CLS 6sp measures:

10 3/16" L X 6 13/16" W X 8" H
