Camber adjustability from different auto manufacturers?

Camber adjustability from different auto manufacturers?

OK, I always hear that the only way to really adjust the camber on Hondas/Acuras is with camber kits. What about cars from other manufacturers, do they have more flexibility in the adjustment of their camber after lowering the vehicle, or would they also need camber kits or something similar? Lets say if I were to get a BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, or whatever, would I encounter the same complications with camber adjustability after lowering the car?

I was under the impression that if you had the shock/double A arm setup Honda has been using on most of their cars the camber was adjustable.

I know if you have MacPherson struts (Nissan&BMW yes, Lexus&Toyota I dunno)
you have to have camber plates or something to adjust it.
