Good job, Stealth!

My laptop is down and I'm using my roommate's at the moment. This is so freakin' frustrating!

EDIT: o2cls, after viewing that new thread with a differnt computer, I now see that the pics might be too big. Any chance of a resize?

Even though it's on Chod's. I think it should be mentioned separately...

Nice post! That looks real good man.

BTW, the pics seem fine when I'm on my computer at home and at work but viewing thru someone else's settings, I can only see like 75% of them.

Can someone drop this in with the XS Power header stuff I put in before? (post # 53, top of page 3 I believe)

https://acurazine.com/forums/acurazine-clubs-meets-15/chicago-meet-june-9th-2pm-181297/

That should answer some later questions.

UGH... I just typed up a long post, but accidently hit the back button... lost it all in IE..

Jordan. Looks great now... Chris, I'll fix that later... unless jordan gets to it first...

Jordan, I guess you'll be creating banners as we need them?? How far are we going to categorize stuff ?? Does tires wheels and suspension go under aftermarket performace w/ H/I/E stuff ??

i was thinking aftermarket performance could be intakes, exhausts, headers, supercharger, turbo

Maybe make an aftermarket handling one or somthing....it could go all under perforamance....i dont know.

I could add a sub header as well. For example, Aftermarket Performance and under that have "engine" and then another for "suspension" adn then maybe a seperate one for "forced induction"?????????????????????

Yeah, we can probably handle it with a text subheader for now, and you can make banners where you feel we need one...

First of all, I just want to say that I think this is a great idea... this kind of FAQ will help so many users in so many ways. I've been a member of AZ for over a year now, and this is definitely one of the best projects I've seen so far.

Secondly, seeing the extent of the knowledge and expertise that members on acurazine possess has really inspired me... Just last week, my two friends and I began working on a wiki dedicated to automotive repair, tuning, and customization. It's just a place for car enthusiasts to get together and share their know-how and experience. We completed the site a few days ago, and I would be thrilled if you posted all this information there, as well. It would be a great start to the site, and maybe it could lead to an influx of new Acura owners to AZ... Also, I wonder if I could contact ChodTheWacko to see if he would be willing to "wikify" his amazing CL FAQ. Eventually, we hope to become a leading source of knowledge for anyone that has questions or problems with their car.

Mods - I didn't post the link to the site because I wasn't sure if it was allowed. If it is, let me know and I can post it.

Also, I just wanted to say that this site is completely ad-free, spam-free, and popup-free... there's no gimmick or catch... we just want people to share their knowledge for everyone to see.

you know ever since all those stickies have been created, it gets a little confusing sometimes. maybe we can make the word "sticky" more defined so it is easier to tell where the stckies end, and personal threads begin.

Just my i know the updated threads are bold, but just going through non updated threads can turn into an eyesore

Hmm... looks like someone was working on the thread today

https://acurazine.com/forums/acurazine-clubs-meets-15/chicago-cruisin-66-car-show-invite-181322/

EDIT: Hmm... how did Stealth CL put a post in a closed sticky ??

I guess we should give Lord Helmet some credit for the aftermarket performance post... nah... he makes fun of me for being stock

DOUBLE EDIT: I'm the odd man out format wise, so one of these days I'll have to change my post to look like the rest

I hate stickys now... Astro used to say he didn't like 'em, and now I agree... They make a forum look cluttered...

We can make an "annoucement" that links to a thread (or sticky). Those "stick out" more...
