CAI vs. Short Ram Intake

I am planning on putting either a Short Ram Intake (OBX with K&N filter) or a Cold Air Intake on my '97 2.2.

Which would be a better idea?

How much difference is there in performance?

full lenght - sound and proven better performance no idea exactly how much tho, maybe 5-6hp?
