I'd have to say it's true. I can't keep my foot out of it and I am getting 26+ mpg. No scientific eveidence but I am revving it more and enjoying it more. I check mileage on every fill-up and I am averaging 360 miles between fillups and I have been putting in 13.2-13.6 galls.

I'd say it's true... you might see an extra 1mpg if that. Combined with headers however, if you keep your foot out of it you can see some amazing numbers in the 30s. That is quite a big IF however!
My mileage decreased with the intake because I was constantly getting on it. Now that I've taken it off, I drive like a grandma?
