there's a link on the FAQ's. http://www.wizardsworks.org/chod/acura/wav/
I'm sure it's been covered, but is there a short ram for Type S? If so, would that be about the same as a K&N filter?
Anyone feel like there is a difference between manufactures of CAI's?
And who has the best price?

There are short-rams for the Type-S. Weapon-R makes one as does AEM. Not sure if Injen does off hand. A short ram would be better then just a drop-in filter like the K&N. There was actually a member on here who tested a CAI and a short-ram and found that the short-ram was pretty close to performance with a CAI. He did not dyno the car... it was just observations, but it was interesting.
As for different manufacturers... Injen and AEM are pretty much the same. I went with Injen b/c the blue matched my car better . Weapon-R has a cold air intake / ram air kind of setup, similar to Comptech's Icebox. It has similar gains to the AEM and Injen products, but works a little different b/c of the setup.
Right now Injen is the cheapest... but not by that much. The AEM and Weapon-R are close in price, and the Comptech is not out yet... but looks like will be around AEM/Weapon-R territory... possibly a little more. Hope that helps
