Cabin air filter change myself today -Dealer has never replaced!

FYI for all... Get the Puralator (sp?) Brand for ~$18 at Advanced Auto... Its the same as OEM for half the price. The writing on the side of the filter is the same between the 2, but one says Honda on it and one doesn't...

Yum. This was @ 60K miles. There were quite a few more leaves and stems pouring out of the opening. Make sure you lay down a tarp under the glovebox or have a vac ready. And just imagine all the fun stuff you get to breath in every day...

I have the bosch ones from autozone in my car right now.
ebay ones are cheap too about 7 bucks and the charcoal ones are about 10. not sure how good they filter though.
Im gonna try and get the charcoal ones next.

Also, if you're going to have them itemize their 30k and 60k services like Phipark said (sorry I'm new and don't know how to do the quote thing yet)... just don't skip over the line if it says "dust and pollen filter" instead of "air cabin filter". It's the same thing but easy to misread.
I agree with everyone who said you should at least get a free oil change out of it.
