bypassing stock amp

I'm installing an Alpine 9815 in my cls right now and I'm using the metra kit . When I hook up the headunit's remote wire to the blue wire on the harness, I get sound coming out the speakers but it is WAY too loud. If I don't hook up the remote wire, I get no sound coming from the speakers at all. Question is, how can I bypass the stock amp and just use the power from my headunit? I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help..

thanks
