Buying New Vehicle

So I am getting rid of the CLS After my 4th tranny just went I've had enough. See http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showt...hreadid=121428

So I want to get a new car or truck, don't want to go over 50k if possible.

Any Suggestions ? I really Like Erns Jeep. Any other ideas. Audi ? F-150, SUV's ?

I need ideas so much out there I have issue

See I am not sure if I want a Pickup or SUV.

Don't want a small car either, something with some decent room.
The 330ci is nice.

I don't like Sedans really.

More the coupe side of cars, but something that will have good leg room and height inside.

Man make up your mind. SUV or small car? No in between room? M3 baby, or an S4 would be freaking badass. Just go light on the options

I think the big question you have to ask yourself is: How do you intend to use this vehicle ??

http//:www.edmunds.com has a decent interface to browse new (and used) vehicles.

That's an interesting one. I'm waiting to see how the used car prices on those are going to be in a few years (that and on the cayenne).

Porsche tastes on a vw budget

Well too many vehicles under $50k. If you say over $50k it would be easier. Anyways, you said omit sedans. I personally the following thus recommend them:

Coupes:
Infiniti G35 coupe
BMW 330Ci
BMW M3

SUVs:
Lexus RX330
Infiniti FX35
Infiniti FX45
Volkswagen Touareg
Volvo XC90 T6

Pick-up trucks:
Ford F-150
Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab long bed with 5.7L Hemi V8

Well I decided that it will most likely be a truck now, possibly a SUV. But more leaning to the pickup truck.

Gonna have to rip everything out of the car now, or I might just leave it in and take the hit

Lexus GX470, you can get one pretty well equipped for under 50, or a fully loaded one for like 54+/-, Ours is a loaded 2003 model which stickered at $54,055 and we were out the dorr at like 51250.

really sweet truck but if you've been driving a cl all this time it's gonna take a REALLY long time to get used to the wheel spin, axle load/unload and bed skate of a truck

or if you're looking for a realy truck there's always the ford harley line of trucks
