Looking for anyone who has had a front bumper replaced on their 2001 CL-type S.

How much did it cost? The only damage was to the front left side of the bumper. The lights and fog lights work fine. I'll post pictures once I get them.

I was involved in a small accident and had the bumper cover (I assume your side supports, bumper mounts, etc. are ok) replaced for $230. Labor 2.3 & paint 2.1 hrs ($48/hr). Bumper cover clips were $24.60, bumper cover slide bracket $14.

Well i slid into a divider and messed up my right front bumper. The road lamd broke.
I'm pretty set back on cash and waiting till taxes to replace it. Just the bumper should be fromm 700-1000 replaced im guessing no more then a $1000.. Someone correct me if I am wrong?

 

This is what yu're looking at:
-Front Bumper Cover (part #04711-s3m-a9ozz) $213

Maybe:
-Front Bumper Impact Cushion: 71170-s3m-a00 $30

Additional Cost:
Clear Coat/Tint Color/Color Sand and Buff..and last but not least: Labor!

And dont forget, the painted surfaces need to cure and should NOT be waxed for about 90 days....

Thanks for your replies!! Im glad that no one got hurt in the accident... but it just sucks that it was my fault. I clipped an older Saturn 4-door. The guy was cool, but he didnt have a drivers license. When I clipped his car I broke the door panels on the passenger doors (plastic went everywhere)

I told the guy that I didnt really want to go through insurance.. (I didnt even know he didnt have a license till the cop told me)

He said that he knows someone that can fix his car. Do you think I should tell my insurance company? I dont know how much Saturns cost to fix?

P.S. Blizzard of '01 SUCKS!!!
