Brought CLS in for Service better be fixed this time!!

I brought my CLS into get the sunroof and the third breaklight rattles fixed FOR THE THIRD time this morning. I told them to use the magic tape for the sunroof and on the rear breaklight if that would fix it. But I am so pissed b/c as he was checking out my car for liability purposes he found a ding (3 inches long) in my passenger door!!!! Argggghhhhhh it must have happen last night at the gym. I hate MINIVANS. I don't know how I am going to fix that now but that is another issue.

Plus I was hoping for a cool loner but instead I got the crappiest 200 integra with purple chex colored cloth seats. I was so embarrased. Oh well. Guess I shouldn't of had my expectations up for an RL hahaha.

Don't get me wrong they are good there but I just hope it gets fixed this time, it is so frustrating to always have to have my stereo blasting not to hear my sunroof. Then if I blast the stereo I hear teh third brake light rattle. Arghhhhhhhh

OK Well I Just got back from picking her up and I am happy to say there wasn't a SQUEAK RATTLE OR VIBRATION TO BE HEARD IN HER. I am so psyched.

The sunroof FIXED (Magic tape)

The rear brakelight FIXED (Loose bolt in bracket and rubber seal between window and brake light housing was no good and they replaced it)

Cracked driving light lense FIXED (they replaced my cracked driving light lense which must have been cause by a rock for FREE, that was a $40 part)

So FINALLY I am a happy camper and get to enjoy the luxuries of owning a $30,000 automobile. What a great feeling. Even the bass on the stereo sounds so much better now that the breaklight is fixed. Bass can kick a little bit better.

Props to all the guys at Somerville Acura for their hard work!!!!

P.S. To everyone still dealing with creaks and squeaks there is hope!!! And you will totally love your car if you get them fixed. Don't let them get the best of ya!!!

Stay away from Bridgewater Acura (AKA Acura of Somerville). They sold me a car with a backed up A/C system. When it leaked and spilled an inch of water in the car, they promised to repace carpet padding, remove carpet and have professionally shampoed. They had it for 4 days, and when I picked it up, the carpet was still soaked and now smelled like mold. Turns out, they had only sprayed fabreeze on a few spots and left the car in the lot with the windows down. After picking up the car, found a few crickets, and even a preying mantis in there!

When I bought the car they were supposed to repair some chips in the paint. When I pursued this later, after delivery, they told me that they would "give me a free bottle of touch up paint!" SWEET!

Oh, plus, they were supposed to fix my warped rotors.... they replaced the WROND ROTORS! Unreal.

Stay away, you've been warned.

The sunroof is a normal condition of the way the car is designed, its covered up by lubing the seal or the teflon tape, i would just lube the seal at regular intervals, the tape sucks
