Brand New 2003 Acura CL-S???
After seeing a used 02 Acura CL-S on the web for sale at a Acura local dealer, I decided to go check it out today. When I pulled into the lot, I happen to spot none other than a brand new 2003 Acura CL Type S 5AT (blue/black) that still had the shipping wraps on the roof, hood and trunk. (It didnt have fog lamps, which kinda surprised me. )
Now I knew they werent selling well before but I totally figured they'd still be all gone by now. With a sticker of $31G, I'm thinking to go back and bidding $24G for it just to see what they say.
Stay tuned.....my 2002 Maxima may be sharing the garage with a new 2003 CL-S.

I've checked recently on Autotrader online and new ones are still out there. I found mine that way back in March, 2003 SMR/Blk 6spd non-navi. I got it for $5,500 off stick because Acura was offering 3K Factory to dealer and he passed it on to me but that promo ended in March. Dont be shy about making an offer though, all they can do is say no. A friend who works for Honda says that the factory really starts pressuring the dealers to unload these old model cars.
Enough of us, myself included, paid sticker and above when the Type S first came out back in Spring 2000 as a 2001. Go after your deal now.

CLS 6MT Navi
Good luck, as for fog lamps, no CLS ever had fog lamps. The 01-02 had running lights, which are very different from fog lights.
Make sure your in-service date starts now, for the 4 year warranty.

Nothing doing. The wife indicated that the car is "nice" but the only coupes she'd consider is a 3-series or CLK. (w/exception of the 325Ci, both are out of our preferred budget)
Bimmer in particular has definitely established appeal with the ladies. Too bad mine cant look beyond the name of neither and ahead to quality concerns/shoptime .

Always busy shopping….
Won’t drive stick shift…
Will only drive a BMW or Mercedes Coupe…
She sounds like High Maintenance …Hope she’s worth it

Shawn, after 2 years of dating, a 1 year engagement and 14 years of marriage, 2 teen kids, I'd hope that I would have figured out by now whether she's worth it or not. She's never asked for much in that time so getting her something that makes her happy in this instance is the least I can do.
