Brakes!

Just changed all my pads and rotors over the weekend. Took about 4 hours as i have no air tools. Everyone should do their brakes themselves...incredibly easy and i saved myself about $500. I went with EBC Greenstuff pads and EBC dimpled and slotted rotors. Both work beautifully. What a difference over stock!

I ran into one problem...the rotor cover has been bent since the old rotor and rusted and changed form....this has caused my rotor to rub the flange (the part that sticks into the slot of the rotor). I tried all night last night to rectify this with no luck....everything i tried caused it to rub more. Anyone with any ideas or anyone know how difficult it is to install a new cover? It seems like it could be more difficult than i want it..

Thanks in advance!

Where did you get the Rotors from. How much? Is this on a Gen II CLS?
