Bleed Honda Blue
The brake master cylinder cap has a fluid level float. It will turn on your brake light once your brake fluid level is low. Check your brake fluid level. If the fluid level is ok, disconnect one of the two wires that goes to the cap. If your problem goes away, you need a brake master cylinder cap. Your brake master is located on the driver's side firewall under the hood.

Ya, I've got the same problem.
See thread previous thread "Brake Light", where I said "Anyone have this problem?
When it is cold out, the "BRAKE" warning light stays lit, though the brakes seem to work normally.
If it's not too cold, it will go out after the car warms up.
If it's really cold it will stay on.
I've had it to the dealer, but it wasn't cold out, so it wasn't lit.
They said it all checked out OK.
I don't want to keep trudging back to the dealer to have them tell me that they can't reproduce the problem in their nice warm garage.
Any ideas?"
Will check the cap thingy. Sounds like a good approach
