Body Kit White CL-S spotted in Westminster California (behind Phuoc Loc Tho)

Alright, I'm vietnamese and I usually come up there to chill w/ my cousins occasionally and as I passed behind Phuoc Loc Tho (The street is Magnolia and w/e I forgot) I saw a white CL Type-S and it had a bodykit on it, the rear bumper appeared to be a Black Widow. Very unique CL and its nice as hell. Is that person on the boards?
