I would like to replace the chrome "ACURA CL Type S" on my trunk with some black anodized lettering. My CL-S is the '01 Taffatta White and I think the contrasting letters would look better. Anyone know of anyplace where I can buy?

Personally I think the chrome looks great on our cars (my CL-S is Taf white also) black would not look as classy IMO. Also Be careful when washing many people have had the Type-S come off with the wash mit, I being one of them.

Yea, I'll second that. I got so tired of my wash mit catching on the lettering I took it all off.

BTW I took the Type-S badge and with a little double-sided tape cut to shape stuck it to the dash on the passenger side by the passanger side vent.

Looks good, and for all of you thinking "well then no one will know that its a Type-S"... I say thats OK theyll figure it out when all they see is my tailpipes.

All due respect to chopper, but this might be the one thing that I do to customize my CL-S. I own other cars/trucks.
