best way to sell cls
Hi,
i am from toronto canada and i got 2 cars. CLS and preludeSRV. don't really need 2 car so its better off selling one.
what is the best way to sell the cls?
its 8months old and has 14000km. blue and in perfect condition.
how much do you think i should sell it? i was hoping i could get CAN$37000. when i try to trade in for a tl type s, the dealer only given me CAN$35000. Is that mean i can only sell it for CAN$35000 privately?
maybe i should sell the prelude srv instead. but i love the stick... and i also love the cls comfort. god!!!! maybe sell both and get something else like a audi S4!!!
thanks

Sell both cars and get the S4. Its practical for you. You have a car on your dream list, and you can still drive it in winter, and still have a stick shift.

Like mdaniel said, put an ad in the local paper or something like that. I advertised locally here (cost $50 for a week) and I sold it for about $3200 (US) more then the dealer offered on trade-in. The dealers always give you less then you can sell it for... that's how they make $$ on used cars!! As for the 6-speed.... looks like it will be out as a 2003 model, so should be available mid year next year or so.....

Hi,
out of my dream car list, which one is best in performance, handling, and mods?
i never get a chance to drive any of them. Really like your opinion on them.
thanks.

The M3 always had a good aftermarket.
The S4 is turbo, and can be easily upgraded.
The S2000 is modified pretty good stock, so you would need a supercharger to make a big difference.
If I had a choice I would go with the M3. You have bad winters though and the M3 would give u a harder time then the S4.
