www.autotrader.com to sell and check www.kbb.com to see what your car lists for.. But always go a little higher so you can negotiate if necessary.

EDIT: What year is your CL and is a CLS or CLP ??
You might list it for $25K, but if you want to sell it you'll have to lower your price.
Look at a couple of recent threads about trade in value. Dealers are offering some people $17.5K for a 2002. Some 2003 6spds are in the low/mid 20's price wise.
Look at kbb.com, edmunds.com to see what the value of your CL is. With the CL being discontinued, resale values have hit the crapper.
Run a search on autotrader.com (that's probably the best site for listing your car), to see what comparable CL's are selling for in your area. You might be suprised at some of the low prices out there. Acura dealers are still selling on the high side, but some non-acura dealers have 2nd gen CL's in the mid teens to low twenties forsale.
When I run a search, I get 75 2001-2003 CL's in a 75 mile radius selling for a high of $29K (dealer on crack??) to a low of $15.8K.
Here's an extreme example (113K miles) of a $12,900 for a 2001 CL (the lowest 2nd gen price I've seen):
http://boston.craigslist.org/car/17905510.html
If you don't price your car according to the existing market conditions, you'll be sitting on it for awhile.
I'm keeping my CLS for a long time, because I refuse to take a big depreciation hit.

hmm, ebay has always worked for me but I haven't tried trading a car on it. Mine is an 03 CLS auto. Acura of boston is listing their 03 cls with 9K+ miles for $28K or more, doesn't really make sense
