best deal on 03 S?

Could be a great deal, but it could also be a car with a salvage title, flood damaged from New Orleans, etc etc... which is probably not worth taking unless they pay you
You'll need to provide details... AND probably run a carfax...
I'd have concerns about a car w/ 13K miles that's selling for that cheap. If it was a 6spd w/ that many miles, it would be an 19-21K car IMHO...
Has to be something wrong w/ it... or maybe the mileage is a typo... Maybe it's 73K miles ??
We had a member buy a 03 6spd from NH awhile ago for 13-14K w/ 92K miles on it...
But if it's a clean car with no issues, then it's probably the DOC (deal of the century).

That would be a very good deal for that year and miles - provided that (as GreenMonster said) it's not a salvage title, etc. If you give me the VIN I can run a carfax for you...
