BEST ACURA SERVICE ON LI
Which dealer has the best service department on LI. I bought my CLS at Rallye Acura and I am not happy with their service department.

Acura of Valley Stream has been excellent. For years, I bought and serviced my Acura's (3 Legends and an RL) at Silver Star Acura in LIC, and they were always great. That dealer was sold though,and the service now sucks. So, when I bought my TL, I used Valley Stream. They're a first class bunch

I have no problems at Smithtown, they service the car and its done...I'm in and they get me out quick. Always have a loaner car when I request it, the service writers are nice also...and always offer to wash the car.
I'm curious also as to why your not thrilled with their service.
