Battery about to die?

It still starts but it lags, and it just started to do this about 2 days or so. It seems like it has a heavy start sounds. I have 22300miles. You guys think its the battery?

Maybe have somebody run a test on it. A month ago my battery died after having the radio on and the trunk open for a few hours. After a couple of hours with everything off it was OK, and i haven't seen any more problems. 81,000 miles, 37 months old..

Based on my over 20 year car driving experience, I don't expect stock batteries in any car to last beyond three years. The OEM stuff is just not as good as aftermarket. Pretty much any aftermarket battery will kick a stock battery's ass in cold cranking amps and longevity.

I'll probaby let my OEM make it through this winter (the car's second) and then get a new 5 or 6 year battery in the spring or summer. It's not worth getting randomly stuck for the $60 that a battery costs.

Definitely, I just never would imagine the car battery would only last a year and a half you think the worst. Its no big deal ,but with all the volts going into my system and neon’s its bound to happen. Better now then after the club with some girls this weekend.

I'm hoping its the battery and will get it tested after work. Its not deal yet but sould like its going.

I just came back from the advanced auto parts and it was the battery.
