bad day at drag strip
(if a MOD could fix my subject I'd appreciate it thanks)
9 to 10pm
83-85 degrees (just rained 1 hour prior to me running)
95% humidity according to the gauge and weather.com too
Stock 2yr old tires
JL box in trunk, spare in trunk, 1/4 tank of 104 octane
VSA off
Both gate shifting, and in manual shift, this run was gate shifting
R/T .540
60' 2.385
330 6.549
1/8 9.870
74.60 mph
1000 12.738
1/4 15.160
93.38 mph
Anyone have any input?
WTF, bad weather? (and all my extra weight)
One thing is for sure, I'm ran super consistent... 4- 15.1 runs and 4 15.2 runs.... that was a good thing.

TOO HOT AND TOO HUMID!!!
Taking the sub box out would help a bit too.
You probably aren't getting any traction with your tires either.
I have only ran at the track once, and my best time was 15.193.
I am bone stock engine wise, and I left everything in my car, spare, etc etc. I also have 235/45 tires. They are Toyo T1S's but I was spinning them on my launch. I also think that they were TOO heavy!!!
Here is my best:
TEMP = 72
HUMIDITY = 53
R/T = .858
60' = 2.357
330' = 6.479
1/8 = 9.823
MPH = 72.14
1000' = 12.735
1/4 = 15.193
MPH = 91.76
I have NEVER been to the drag strip before, this was my first time. I don't think you did to bad SiGGy.

Its the weather, I ran a 15.22x last night(my only run) and my end speed was 91 mph.
I've run 14.8 twice before, and a few 14.9s. Wait till that humidity goes down a bit, and you'll be set.

Cost Drivers!!!!
heat humidity kills!!!! I won't go back to the track until late september. It's to worth the time or the money.
Considering the conditions i think you did considerably well!!
