the back of my seat sounds like it's ripping off
NOT ANOTHER RATTLE/WEIRD SOUND THREAD!!!
Sorry, had to do it. This sound has been bothering me for about two months now, and it's getting louder and louder.
Here's how to replicate it (flawlessly, might I add)
- turn right (slow or fast) but enough to shift body weight slightly
- go straight or turn left immediately afterwards.
when my body weight is adjusted back to the middle driving position, there is an loud creak/crackle that comes from the back of the driver's seat.
Anybody have this problem? Anybody know if this is a BIG problem? I don't have the luxury of going to the dealer for small stuff like this, so I wanted to make sure it's a valid issue before taking time off from work to go.

Some of the seats on the TL's and CL's had a common problem with the seat mounting and was covered under warranty, something about the seat being loose...dangerous might i add...
