It's called the Dodge Turbo Interceptor
The Dodge turbo interceptor was a 2.2 liter 4cyl twin-turbo. it made a little over 400 horsepower, top speed was 194 mph. it used a stock 2.2 block, stock rods, and a cosworth head. it utilized to garret t-25 turbos, ran to 60mph in around 4 seconds. quartermile was 12.1 @115mph. it was originally designed to get good fuel economy. it got 25 mpg in the city, 31 mpg on highway, adn after 150mph, the mpg dropped to like 18mpg.

Rice? Heh...Well, I think most LM cars have a large wing not for looks but because it does serve an actual purpose in the aerodynamics department...
On a side note, I'm kinda surprised no one nominated the Bugatti Veyron with it's quad-turboed V-16 AWD engine and all...Maybe it just doesn't look as good as the rest of them supercars?
