Anyone tried/seen one of these?

http://www.rpmoutlet.com/autdpic.htm

I had a GTech Pro ages ago and it was a lot of fun to screw around with. This thing in an a-pillar slot would be pretty nifty.

Just curious, before I plunk down two bills for it if anyone's had any experience with 'em.

I thought so. The GTech is around a hundred bucks and while it's small, it's still one more thing to find a place to stuff. I'm a total sucker for blinky lights anyhow, so I'll definitely be getting one.

looks alright, but doesnt look like it can do a whole lot that you cant get at a track, except braking and WHP. I'd get springs or something for that $...but thats me

It's more for show honestly. I had a GTek in my 2000 Eclipse and the thing would read me back 10.5 1/4 mile times with the AC on and the windows down. Just a cool gadget.

So was it just a confidence booster or were those accurate times?

i know, but most CL's can beat eclipses. So I used it as an example,to get those kind of numbers from an Eclipse, he prolly did a TON of stuff to it. Keep in mind thats faster than most exotics.

Haha not even remotely close. My best at the track was 13.1, and that's with a decent amount of mods and an 85 shot.
