Exclamation ATTN People with subs

So I was having a problem about a week ago w/ my car not starting, alot of you guys chimed in trying to help me out (VERY APPRECIATED!!!) well the problem ended up being RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE! It ended being that my sub had rattled the ground wire from the fuel pump loose!!! I couldn't believe it! $98.02 for a tow to the dealer and then $129 for a diagnosis....so all in all about $240 to tighten a screw. I just wanted to thow it out there incase anybody else is a moron like me.....

Thanks guys,

Baum

Can you maybe post a pic of where this wire was attached in case it ever happens to someone else? Then perhaps we can put it in the CL info thread. Thanks!

Damn...I would have but I just put my stereo back together in the trunk. If you pull up the floor, you'll see the fuel pump access panel (mine was silver) that has a black wire running out of it. Follow that wire for about 4-5 inches and you'll see a thin black wire that goes to a screw right behind the back seats, thats the ground wire for the fuel pump. Sorry again I didn't think to take a picture of it.
