for the sunroof fix they won't give you a loaner car, and it doesn't take long to fix, maybe 30 mins at the most.

if you are just talking about the sunroof rattle then they just put some grease (goop) stuff around the frame. that's what they did to mine and the rattle is fixed.

That's where I took it and they gave me a rental. I dropped off the car in the a.m. and picked it up after work.

They fixed the problem and the rental was no charge to me.

Which problem are you having with the sunroof?

I had my sunroof rattlle fixed yesterday, they applied some type of adhesive tape, I'm not sure if it's regular tape or what, but it did fix the rattle.

The adhesive tape is the correct way to fix this problem. Just applying 'goop' is a temporary fix.

The first time I took my car in they just put the lubricant on and, of course, that doesn't work. The second time, they tightened all of the mounting screws and that worked. They also removed the pop-up wind deflector. They never put any tape on there that I'm aware of.

That's what they did to mine. Put the goop on and tightened the screws. I didn't get any adhesive tape or anything. I didn't have the pop-up deflector removed though. But mine rattles no longer, so what they did worked. I am happy
