How hard would it be to install an 03 MDX intake manifold with actuator and throttle body onto my 99 TL. I heard the intake will bolt right on, but the problem is wiring the actuator. Can you help me and maybe give me a ball park figure on price of labor. Also do you think the power gains will be noticeable? Thanks in advance.

 

Never tried this so I have no idea on power gains if any are to be had .Bolting it on is not a problem and from what I understand it seems to fit under the hood as well .The question is how to wire the actuator .Your car does not make use of it so the ECU does not have the means to turn it on .I would suggest a rpm based switch of some sort .I think there are some available out there froma variety of sources such as MSD .
I would have to speak to the service manager on labor and he is on vacay till next week .
