I got a ticket last month for speeding....... I'd try it, but I'm gonna go the safer route and jus go to traffic school...... No points, no insurance increase...... I'm a happy camper....

I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE POSTED THIS 4 days ago...i just stood in line for 2 hours at the traffic court to pay my ticket ($235with traffic school so it will be wiped from DMV records)....i decided not to plea becasue i would then have to wait another hour for the chambers to be opened and names to be called....but i will keep it in mind...looks very convincing!

CONTESTING TICKETS BY WRITTEN DECLARATATION.......WORKS!!!
I have used written declarations to contest my past 4 tickets, and won 3 of them. On the one that I was found guilty, I appealed and had a "trial de novo".........cop didn't show and the ticket was dismissed. I am actually waiting for papers from the court for another written declaration on a ticket i got 3 weeks ago.
Always fight your ticket!!...........the worst that could happen is you are found guilty, same as not contesting the ticket.
