Damn no response's.
I used to live in Jamul, where I could spend hour's peeling out everywhere. But now it is urbanized. There is a K-mart in Santee that has a wide open parking lot at night. Take mission Gorge from 8 and follow it for about 5-8 miles. Or if you take 52 into Santee turn right on Mission gorge rd. It will be on the right hand side.
