A bunch of us first gen people are planning on rolling out from midtown together, you could meet with us and roll.

Not really sure yet. Me and AtlCl98 live pretty close to each other and Got Rice? is not too far off by Emory and he's riding out with three other cars. Not sure if all of us are going to meet up or what, i guess we'll figure out closer to the meet date.

 

This one is gonna be fun. BBQ time. I should be going with a few other cars. 4 so far for sure. Eugene, you and Pete should meet at my place and go with all of us to AMC 24 Southlake Pavilion.

I really hope some 2nd gens show up. Usually I don't see that many at the meets. This one's more family oriented since its a BBQ, so an excellent excuse for the Mrs...

For sure, just let me know. I would be interested in meeting up with some of you guys in midtown and then rollin over to the AMC but if that doesn't work out its cool. I'll just need to get some directions from someone on how to get to the AMC. I'd be coming from 85 north, by gwinnett place mall

That is an excellent point but I have heard that before. Others have ended up in a freak fest. Not that it is bad, but not the type we are use to.

There at least need to be some chains, etc. involved...

Ok, here's the deal.
We need to meet up at the AMC 24 Southlake Pavilion between 2 and 2:30. From there we can do a meet n greet and head on down to the lake.

There is such a beautiful view, you will definitely want to have your rides glistening because the lake will reflect what you are rolling on...and it would be nice to finally see some 2nd gen CL's for once...somebody spread the word.

Have you guys decided on who is bringing what as far as grub goes? We *might* have to pay for a permit, but we will see....never had to before..its $5. So keep it handy. I expect an excellent turnout..TL's CL's and Legends...Let's do it again

 

I'm bringing a few bags of chips. :P

I think TaxiDriver is bringing 2 1 liter sodas.

 

As far as food goes we're pretty much going to bring chips and drinks. Someone needs to bring cups, ice, etc.
I can probably bring the cooler.
I already have word from Horny, and GotRice? about what they're bringing but I don't remember hearing from anyone else Please accept my apology if I over-looked you. Just tell me what you're bringing, ummmkay.

Please remember to bring some cash just in case we have to pay for parking.

Guys I really haven't been paying attention to this post in Car Talk for a while....but I'm bringing hot dogs and buns...and i'll bring some ketchup + mustard also...I say we just meet at Southlake around 2ish....from there we can roll out to the lake...that way its simple to organize...just have everyone meet at one point...sound good??

I originally said that we should meet at Joe's house, but Todd you make a good point maybe we should just meet at Southlake if we can't get organized
But I'd like to meet at one spot, so ALL the CLs can roll down to meet the Legendz.

 

Those who want to can meet at my house and we can drive to Southlake together. Those who don't can just meet us at Southlake.

If not......can someone post directions FROM THE AMC going to THE LAKE. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make to the AMC by 2:30 but I still want to meet everyone up at the lake.
