Apexi Neo/Boomslang Issue
Hey guys, I just got an Apexi neo and a boomslang harness. I installed the neo with the harness this morning just to get familiar with the tool and let it run in monitoring mode.
Well as I started driving the car through a cel and it was running like crap. I pulled over, turned the car off, then it wouldn't start. So I took out the neo, the car started fine, but with just the harness installed the car ran like crap and the cel was still there. Then I took the boomslang out and everything is fine.
My question is, should one be able to drive the car with just the boomslang installed? Shouldn't it just relay whatever signals are coming from the cpu to the engine?
