yeah, one of my wheel had a fresh scratch on it from the 7500 mile service... I knew it was from the wheel rotation... but I didn't care much, because I already mucho scratches on three wheels from carwash and curbs, so one more really doesn't hurt much...
will change those rims anyway once their times are up...

A dealer or shop is required to pay for your rims to be refurbished if they scratch it. This is only if you do not have any other visible scratches on your rim.

Don't let them use an air-gun!
Make sure they tighten the lug nuts to factory specs, otherwise, you increase the chances of your rotors warping. I believe the specs are 80 fl/lbs.

Make sure to point out to them (physically show them) that your wheels are in perfect shape before you drop them off...that way if there's an issue afterwards you'll have something to backup your claim.

If couldn't hurt to check with the dealer first, a good one will back up their work *and* 4pumpedCL suggestion is a good one.
