well basically they sell it at bestbuy and at circuit city. I know they've been around for some time but never used them. They are really cheap and can play dvd/mp3/vcd. and the cool thing, regional code free, and can also do macrovision meaning you can records dvd through the vcr. all this of course is part of the hidden menu which is very easily defeated.

Im thinking of using either this system or the ps2 for my car.

w/ the ps2 ofcourse i can play games but w/ the apex systems I can play mp3's
