blah blah blah
TO remove the HU on a 99 you have to remove the center console. Open the arm rest, take out the cd holder, there should be two screws. Remove those. Pull out the cup holder, remove those two screws. YOu should be able to remove the arm rest piece out. There should be two more screws after the removal of the arm rest. Remove those. Now pull out the ash tray, there should be one screw behind that. Remove that as well. NOw you should be able to pull the wood trim piece out. Do that slowly because you'll have to unplug the two buttoms for the seat warms. After they're unpluged. unplug the harazd button and the clock. That should take care of that. With the piece removed. If you look under the HU, there's two bolts. JUst remove those two and it will come right out.
