Is anyone really going to buy the SC

My guess is that Comptech is dragging their feet on the SC because it is cost prohibitive. If you consider the price of the S2000 SC, and how much they are charging for our headers and exhaust, my guess is that we will be looking at 5-6k for the SC and tranny upgrade. Then you have to consider fuel pressure regulators, traction and handling concerns, potential engine problems, etc... By the time you add all that to the 32k you paid for the car and the 2k+ you paid for the headers, exhaust, sways, springs, CAI.... you are already into 40k range...
Should have bought a higher end auto...

Not that I dont want one... Its just hard to throw another 30% on top of the price of the stock car. When you could have bought something else for that much. Might as well throw in another 5k and get a Z06.

Well mchtypeS is selling his, but the supercharger on his 3.5 liter would be crazy. Definitely something to see, before the tranny gives out.

I'd rather have an S2000 with a supercharger than the CL-S with a supercharger. I'd want better brakes and handling on the CL-S before I started to add power and I really don't feel like investing that much money into my car.
