I filled mine with windo weld (urethane). Makes a big difference. Do an internet search for "motor mount windo weld" and you'll find a few DIY writeups on how to do it. The rear mount is kind of a bear to get out but it's not too bad of a job. Much more resposive acceleration and shifting.
