Anyone Know the difference from 6spd SC and Auto SC
Hey Fella's,
Wanted to ask - Can you take a SC from an Auto and install it on a six speed?? Any ideas on what would be needed??? Reason I ask is, I bumped into a good deal for a 6spd and was wondering if I can take my SC and transfer it on the 6spd since everything else will be a simple swap...

both SC are basicly the same. the only difference is that the 5AT one has more minor parts because of the VSA. i have a 6SP SC installed on my auto and had to get both part sheet from comptech and compared them to see the different.
as for your situation 5AT -> 6SP i think all you will need to buy is a plastic elbow piece if i can remember correctly since the VSA doen't exist on a 6SP.
i can send you a parts list if you give me your e-mail address.
