This kinda reminds me of this older guy (early 60s) at my job who always seeks me out to talk about cars; all he want to talk about is "how well different models ride" and trunk space comparisons.

resale on new Maxima is going to be terrible since its so ugly. btw this is a reason the OLD '02-'03 Maximas (in good condition) are HOLDING their value, to some extent...

 

i just drove the new maxima. I hated it. The doors feel so cheap and the interior isnt as nice as a 03 model. Driving wise its decent for my brother.

Also i got the guy to sell the car for under invoice, guess they arent selling too hot.

 

my 01 had good headroom and legroom. i am 6'.
even with the seat back pretty far there was a lot of room

 

i also have 2 k&n drop in filters that i need to sell. they fit the v6 nissans

Well ill be damned, he just got a qoute for $700 UNDER invoice with that 1.9% for 60 months.

I think he said like 29,500 for it. Everything without navi.

 

hmm done deal. He bought a 2004 Maxima SE for $29,500. Sticker was at i think $33,300. So they are easily selling for under invoice.

He also got the 1.9% for 60 months, no restrictions (so they say).. :cool2:

I drove it and i have to admit it felt nice. Way too big for me but the steering is nice and tight. I didnt punch it hard of course and didnt take any fast turns, but i was impressed otherwise. Still like my A4 better

G35S might be similar with max but it is not a glorified GLE because one is FWD and one is RWD.

i still dont understand why nissan has to have both altima and maxima... a fully loaded Altima 3.5SE costs almost as much as a well equiped maxima.

 

Crazy, your bro made a good choice on 6th gen. Maxima. Those fuckers are totally underrated, have solid auto tranny and run same as G35 by being much larger and I like Maxima interior better then G35.
