anyone have moisture in headlight?

i have moisture in front right headlight and dont know how to get it out. had similar problem wiht aftermarket tailights on my integra which i never had much success trying to completely remove and stay rid of the problem.


any helpful hints?

You can thank Lord Helmet for this costless DIY. It will soak up the water, but no guarantees the condensation wont come back. Give it a shot.

if you're still under warranty. the dealer will replace it at no charge. if not, try Helmet's method. i had mine replaced for free

Absolutly DO NOT do the LORDHELMET trick!! You can and will get lent in the housing. Some glue on the tape can get aon the inside of the housing or inside of the lens. Or worst of all, the paper and tape could fall off in the housing. Simply open the cover on the back of the HIP bulb during the day and drive around for thirty minuts with the high and low beam lights on. Make sure it is a nice day and the sun is out on a clean road. I often have to do this after I wash my car. The moisture problem is very common on the CL. It seems most of the CL housings were assembled on a Monday.
