anyone had warranty work done with aftr market parts on?
im just paranoid and i love my car.. my trans is shifting ok under normal conditions but im worried about the rough shift to third under full throttle. i dont want them to give me a hard time about the headers. had anyone had a trans replaced with aftermarket parts on under warranty?

Personally no, but I do know that they have to prove it was the aftermarket part that caused the problem in order to refuse service, and with the tranny issues I would say that you will not have a problem.

alot of dealers are mod friendly, and like he said, they have to prove the headers etc...made the tranny malfunction, which every dealer knows the tranny is a POS. i wouldn't worry

Dealer has never said a word about my springs/struts or Icebox
