Anybody autocross?
Hey all,
Sorry if this has been covered before. I was wondering if anyone has recently taken their car autocrossing here?
Better yet, is there a driving school we can take our CL's to?
I'm a newbie at legal racing, so I'd like to get involved, but just need some direction.

I believe there are a number of people on the board that autocross. If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area check out www.sfrscca.org/solo2/ and www.geocities.com/nasa_autox/ . There is no need for an extra set of tires, brakes or spare parts. I have run at 5 events on m first set of tires and brakes and have goen 50,000 miles before replacing them. Only thing you really need is a helmet (loaners are usually available), driver's license, 18 years of age, and the entry fee.
