Apexi is slightly stiffer than the Teins and can go lower. I do not believe you can go back to stock height. Apexi also doesn't have the upper pillow mount either. Apexi is good also.

the adjustability is worth the $. the spring are soft but i like the ride.
just to add, the spring rates are designed for the lighter accord.
i've seen a "how to" edfc that will fit under the hood. do a search.
