Aiming headlamps not working.,,,,

k so my left headlamp is at the perfect position, but the right headlamp is not. i tried taking off the plastic cover that goes around the front lip and adjusting the lamp using the "U" / "D" screw, but i swear i mustve turned it like 100X and it didnt budge a bit. how else am i suppose to aim the lamps? am i doing something wrong?

Actually, the Driver side is supposed to be a tad bit lower then the right because our cars are LHD. Driving on the right side of the road.

If you right side is lower, then you need to re-adjust them.

On german cars, there is actually a switch that you can flip and it would change that. But ours....sadly we don't have such a thing.
