Aftermarket oem style spoiler
I just had an aftermarket oem style spoiler installed on my CL-S today. I noticed that when using the remote release, the trunk does not pop up anymore due to the added weight of the spoiler. Is there any kind of adjustment that I can make that will make the trunk pop up upon opening?

I believe on the CL-S there is an adjuster for the trunk. Check through your manual and see if you can find it...

Honda designs springs that compensate for the added wieght of a spoiler. These trunk springs are replaced when a OEM spoiler is added. Apparently, aftermarket spoilers don't have a spring replacement.

Oh well, no big loss considering that even before I added the spoiler, it would only pop up about an inch or two. Would I be able to get these springs from my Acura dealership and how much?
